The boxing forms, in this instance, single person (or empty handed pre arranged fighting moves) are the essence of all Kung fu Styles. Within our particular branch, there are 41 empty handed  forms, that includes the Sab Say Lo Tam Toi (Routine 14 Of Lower Leg Kicking). Each form places a different emphasis on Combat that  includes striking, grappling, Joint,  locking, kicking. Also within each form can be found techniques relating to the eight rigid & twelve flexible methods used for overcoming different types of assailant/s, application of the 12 key words (techniques)

Just as important are the three speeds (hands, steps, & feet) and the three attainments (heart/mind, eyes, hands) Without any of the mentioned the forms become just movement.

There are also four two person empty handed boxing forms, and two Chi Kung (Qi Gong) 18 Lohan Qi Gong and eight section brocade.

Please see the link on our links page to Master Lee's site for a comprehensive list of the fist and weapon forms.
